Your legal record is built from actions you take in the account, not from a separate form hidden away from you.

Account data

We keep the name, mobile number, login record and account status you provide during registration. If a correction is needed, we compare your request with the latest account step and support case.

Payment traces

DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS entries are stored as wallet references, including amount, time and status. We use them to answer disputes, match receipts and explain how a transaction was recorded.

Cookie choices

Cookies help us remember device sessions and keep the legal banner from repeating after you respond. You can clear browser data, but a new login may ask you to confirm settings again.

Security checks

If we see a login pattern that does not match your usual device, we may ask for confirmation before account changes continue. This protects legal requests from being sent by the wrong person.

Record retention
